NEW RISING STAR

Spring is in the air and one would never feel it more then in the world of Haute Couture/Fashion. This season is incredibly exciting with new designer's showing their collections on the runways of Paris, Milan, New York, LA, Tokyo etc.  My favorite star is the inspiring Roksanda Ilincic.

Belgrade-born Roksanda Ilincic has been showing her womenswear collections on the London Fashion Week schedule for the past 3 years, in which time she has honed and refined her beautifully crafted demi-couture, notably her evening dresses, which combine elements of 40s and 50s Parisian haute couture, which she slices with her unmistakable modern cool.  She is highly regarded for her unique sense of color, tonal shades and how she works bold colour with a more subtle palette, as well as her innovative application of decoration.  Check out her amazing website at http://www.roksandailincic.com/
